When were you first licensed? 1969
How did you become interested in radio? Began with BCDX-ing 12 years old. Ham radio license 1969.
Favorite radio activities and locations: A mix between KX3 and own designs of receivers and transmitters.
Future hobby plans or goals: 100% home constructed QRP-transceiver optimized for backpacking
and DX-holiday style operations.
Member of any radio organizations or clubs: President of “Experimenting Swedish Radioamateurs” ESR and a couple of local clubs.
Describe some of your favorite field radio experiences: Designing antennas, radio electronics, measurements, propagation studies etc.
Transceivers and antennas: KX3,home made QRP-transceivers, Army Radios as Angry Nine GRC-9, Ra200, Paraset and much more. Antennas for portable use single band GP and dipoles.
Modes: CW only.
